Product Description
Float equipment serves as the backbone of casing equipment used during primary cementing operations. It guides the casing to total depth and prevents contaminated mud from entering the casing. Additionally, it provides a landing point for casing wiper plugs, reinforces the lower end of the casing string, and ensures accurate cement slurry displacement.
Features high-flow valves to reduce fluid erosion and minimize pressure drop. Available in two sizes (70mm and 90mm) with PDC drillable composite plastic materials for valve components. Standard seal rated to 150°C with optional 204°C seal.

- Spring: Canadian Victory Spring Company, phosphor bronze C510 material
- Plunger seal top: HNBR, 70MPa and 204°C seal
