Products Description
The multi-stage cementing collar provides an effective, economical way to cement one or more specific casing intervals or to cement upper zone saft era lower zone has been cemented. The collar should be used with centralizers aboce and below and a cementing basket positioned below the ports. The operation of the collar is simple and reliable. It features a double locking mechanism consisting of a snapring lock and ball lock system to assure that the ports are permanently locked closed after cementing is completed. Internal parts are designed to lock to prevent rotation during drill out and are constructed of easily drillable materials.
SWS Stage Collar's Adventage
1.Can be used in vertical and slightly deviated well bores
2.Mechanical stage has the shortest length currently being manufactured in the industry
3.All components have burst and collapse pressures equal to or exceeding the API pressure ratings for the casing.
4.Single entry installing shear,minimize potential leakage channel.
5.Internally installed shear pins that can be adjusted in the field prior to ues to incarease and decrease opening and closing pressures.
6.The stage collar body and lower is metal with metal seal ,and have assisted to seal rubber and provide seal pressure integnty.
7.Anti rotating locks to prevent rotation of the sleeves during drill out,and has superior mechanical lock link ,in order to prevent being opened after the stress.
8.Opening seat made from aircraft grad forged aluminum to ensure burst and collapes pressure are achievable prior to opening of the stage collar.
9.Short seat lengths to allow for quick drill out.
10.In the head of the closing plug has a pressure relief hole,ensure that closed in a reliable way.
