HG series transformer/insulation parts curing furnace is suitable for the curing of transformer's epoxy resin and the preheating (predrying) of coil and mould.
This series of products can be designed as two or more sets of connected structure, compact and beautiful. The machine is excellent in its temperature uniformity and has a unique hot air circulation mode, which can be applied to different process of transformer curing.

  1. A proper hot-air circulation mode can be chosen according to the product layout to make the temperature in the furnace more uniform and the curing (drying) effect more remarkable;
  2. With advanced electrical control, intelligent program temperature controller, PID parameters self-tuning, any curing curve can be set up according to different processes, Operation is simple and you can rely on its performance.
  3. High quality thermal insulated aluminum silicate cotton with low thermal conductivity and unique heat preservation cotton filling method ensure the insulation performance of the curing furnace and help achieve the purpose of energy saving;
  4. The computer management software of several curing furnaces can properly monitor and manage the practical application on site, so as to further achieve energy saving and improve production efficiency.
