Fully automatic integrated water purifier

The fully automatic integrated water purifier adopts flocculation reaction, inclined pipe precipitation, quartz sand filtration process, internal PP inclined pipe packing and various specifications of filter materials, to realize the effective removal of turbidity, organic matter, algae and other pollutants. The integrated water purification equipment, which can achieve a single automatic operation without personnel operation, is an important unit to realize automatic management.

Process principle

(4) The excellent catchment system and the lowest catchment head make the catchment more uniform and effective, which not only improves the volume utilization coefficient, but also saves the operation electricity bill because the catchment head is small.

(5) The automation of water purification equipment not only ensures the efficient filtration of the water purification system, (in the raw water turbidity 1000 mg/L, the water turbidity can be maintained below 1mg/L) but also automatically backwash, without additional backwash pump and blower and other electrical equipment, can save a lot of infrastructure investment and daily operation, repair and maintenance costs.

(6) The self-consumed water consumption rate is <5%, which plays a positive role in saving limited water resources.
