JCF Chlorine Dioxide Generator
JCF chlorine dioxide generator consists of feeding system, reaction system, safety system, absorption system and control system. It uses sodium chlorate solution and hydrochloric acid to react to produce chlorine dioxide disinfectant, which has effective sterilization, disinfection, bleaching, deodorization, preservation and other functions, and used in water treatment, paper, food and other fields.
The reaction principle:
2NaClO3+4HCl→2ClO2+Cl2+2NaCl+2H2O
Widely used in the disinfection treatment of tap water, secondary water supply of high-rise building, swimming pool water and food processing water, the sterilization, algae killing, and deodorization treatment of circulating cooling water, as well as the purification and decolorization treatment of hospital sewage, printing and dyeing wastewater(textile wastewater) and other sewage.
High conversion rate
Efficient mixed flow mode, accurate dosage ratio and adequate reaction conditions make the conversion efficient and raw material conversion rate high, greatly reducing the waste of raw materials.

Process principle
Chlorine dioxide generator adopts the chemical process of raw material reaction. Under the control of PLC, sodium chlorate solution and hydrochloric acid are automatically measured and transported through the precise metering system to the reaction system in the negative pressure environment. the mixed gas of chlorine dioxide and chlorine is produced through the negative pressure aeration reaction in the reaction environment of 60℃. The power water passes through the absorption system (water ejector part) to suck out the gas in the reactor to produce a mixed disinfectant solution of chlorine dioxide and chlorine at a certain concentration, which is then added to the water to be treated through the dosing pipeline.
