(2) The control system fully automatically doses solution. The powder dosage automatically follows the change of water flow, to ensure that the proportion of the configured solution is constant. It has two modes of fully automatic and manual control.
(3) The system is stable and reliable. After setting the dosage ratio, the equipment will configure the solution concentration according to the operating conditions. The process will run completely automatically. If there is a fault, the relevant equipment will automatically stop as required. The working status and fault information can be displayed on the touch screen and the central control room at the same time.
(4) Using the screw feeder to add powder well-distributed and dispersed.
(5) The overall sealing performance of the device is high, and the sealing performance improves the efficiency of powder unloading and the dosage metering level, and achieves the moisture-proof effect.

Process principle
The whole set comprehensively completes the discharge, storage, mechanical arch breaking, dry powder quantitative dosing, preparation of flowing liquid and pumping to dosing point. The bulk powder is unloaded by pneumatic powder pump, and the powder is stored in the storage silo, which is equipped with full and empty silo alarm device to avoid overloading or interruption of feeding. Mechanical arch-broken device is equipped to prevent the powder from caking, so that the powder can flow smoothly down to the quantitative screw conveyor. The powder is uniformly and quantitatively fed into the powder automatic slurry preparation system for mixing and configuration, and the prepared slurry is fed to the using point by the feeding screw pump.
