Product Description

Mesh Belt Dryer Equipment

Mesh belt dryer is a batch and continuous production drying equipment mainly used for drying sheet, strip, and granular materials with good breathability. The compressed finished products are directly conveyed to the flat conveyor through the conveyor, and the finished balls are evenly distributed on the dryer through the scraper at the upper end of the flat conveyor, improving the breathability of the finished materials and achieving the drying effect. This can ensure continuous production of the equipment, achieve automatic and manual temperature control, and achieve stepless speed regulation of the transmission speed.

The product is suitable for drying, dehydration, and solidification of various shapes of products such as segmented, flake, and blended. It is to evenly lay the materials on the mesh belt, which is made of 12-60 mesh steel wire mesh belt. The mesh belt is dragged back and forth in the dryer by a transmission device, and hot air flows through the materials. Water vapor is discharged from the dehumidification hole to achieve the purpose of drying. The length of the box body is composed of standard sections. In order to save space, the drying mechanism can be divided into multiple layers, commonly including two rooms and three floors, two rooms and five floors, with a length of 6-40m and an effective width of 0.6-3.0m.

According to different materials, the dryer can be designed as: 1. Mesh belt type, mesh chain type, and mesh board type; 2. Single stage, two-stage, multi-level; 3. Single layer, double layer, and multi-layer types; 4. Parallel flow, counter flow, and mixed flow; 5. Single way emission type, multiple cycle type, etc.
