Dual Channel Loop Detector for Parking Barrier Gates with 8-Level Sensitivity

The Dual Channel Loop Detector for Parking Barrier Gates with 8-Level Sensitivity Adjustment is engineered to provide precise vehicle detection at automated parking entrances and exits. Its two sensing channels, CH1 and CH2, can monitor separate induction loops and operate either independently or in coordinated dual-loop modes for vehicle direction recognition. The selectable 8-level sensitivity range from 0.015% to 0.8% allows each channel to be fine-tuned for different loop dimensions, road conditions, and vehicle types, helping the detector respond reliably to passenger cars, trucks, trailers, and other vehicles. With multiple output modes for vehicle presence, entry pulse, exit pulse, and directional detection, the unit can supply dependable trigger signals to parking barrier gates, access controllers, ticketing equipment, and vehicle management systems.

For installations where several loops are positioned close together, the detector provides four adjustable operating frequencies for CH1 and CH2, helping reduce loop-to-loop interference and maintain stable operation. Automatic Sensitivity Boost (ASB) enhances detection continuity for trailers and high-chassis vehicles, while permanent presence and automatic reset settings provide flexibility for different parking control strategies. Independent channel relays, clear LED status and fault indication, DIP-switch programming, and a wide 20–2000 μH loop inductance range simplify commissioning and maintenance. Available as the LD-200 with 100–240 VAC input and the LD-202 with 12–24 V input, this dual channel parking loop detector is a practical solution for barrier gate automation, vehicle entry/exit management, parking access control, and other intelligent vehicle detection applications.

• 9. Anti-crosstalk interference.
  • Through the dip Switch, the frequency of the loop detector can be adjusted to prevent crosstalk interference caused by the installation of two loop coils too close.

The LD-200 series detector may be configured for any one of the following modes:

• CH1 Detecting Led:Continuously On: Indicates vehicle detection.
• Blinking Slowly: Indicates loop is short circuit or the number of twists after the loop is not enough.
• Blinking Fast: Indicates loop is open circuit or too many twists after the loop.
• CH2 Detecting Led:Continuously On: Indicates vehicle detection.
• Blinking Slowly: Indicates loop is short circuit or the number of twists after the loop is not enough.
• Blinking Fast: Indicates loop is open circuit or too many twists after the loop.

• Sensitivity and frequency of the loop can be adjusted by 7-way dip switch and 10-way dip switch setting.
• User can select 8 different setting by changing the setting of the dip-switch to different modes as in the dip-switch setting tables below. Dip switch 6, 7 and 8 for CH1 sensitivity selection with 0.8 being the least sensitive and 0.015 being the most sensitive.
• Dip switch 3, 4 and 5 for CH2 sensitivity selection with 0.8 being the least sensitive and 0.015 being the most sensitive.

Reset Button: Please note: The LD-200 must be reset every time a setting change is made to the Dip switches.

The loops are sealed using a “quick-set” black epoxy compound or hot bitumen mastic to blend with the roadway surface.

When installation, please keep the product plug and socket in the vertical direction
