This is a 5 part carbonless (NCR) continuous fanfold tax invoice designed for Value-Added Tax (VAT) system. All five copies are written simultaneously in a single pass through an impact (dot-matrix) printer — no carbon paper needed. The tractor-feed punched holes and perforated separations ensure jam-free printing and clean detachment into individual invoice sets.
Key Features
• 5 ply carbonless construction: the top copy (CB – Coated Back), middle copies (CFB – Coated Front & Back), and bottom copy (CF – Coated Front) transfer images without carbon sheets, giving crisp, legible duplicates on every ply.
• Color-coded copies for instant identification (standard sequence: white original, pink, yellow, green and blue), each designated for a specific purpose — customer copy, accounting copy, tax filing copy, warehouse copy and sales/retention copy.
• Continuous fanfold design with perforation and tractor-feed holes for high-speed, multi-stationery printing on dot-matrix printers.
• Official tax emblem printed at the top of each set.
• Full VAT invoice layout: columns for No., product code, product description, unit, quantity, unit price, discount and amount; totals section (sales excluding VAT, VAT amount, grand total); amount-in-words field; remarks field.
• Signature blocks for cashier/receiver, checker, goods dispatcher and customer, supporting a complete audit trail.
