1. Introduction
CCG5000-8TH Automatic Piston Filling Machine is suitable for the packaging of various water agents and high viscosity products. It is widely used for the automatic filling from 1L-5L in agrochemical, animal, medicine, chemical, fertilizer, personal care products, oil, and other related industries.
The machine is in-line structure, driven by servo motor and volume metering filling principle, which realizes high precision of filling dosage. It adopts PLC control, human-machine interface, and the whole machine is easy to operate. The whole machine adopts the frame design of high-speed rail. High precision electronic scale automatic weighing data transmission system is selected to make dose adjustment more convenient and quick.
