1. Introduction

4. Advantage
4.1. It is widely used for the automatic filling from 1-5L in agrochemical, chemical, fertilizer, personal care products, oil and other related industries.
4.2. The machine adopts automatic diving filling mechanism, the product is filled in the process of movement, which greatly reduces the pause time in the whole filling process, and the filling head automatically dives into the bottle mouth for filling, reducing foaming.
4.3. The filling unit adopts a cylinder removal structure, which can completely empty the materials in the cylinder, effectively avoid cross contamination of materials, and replace the sealing ring more conveniently and quickly.
The piston cylinder body adopts an integral flange cylinder body to replace the original non-flange cylinder body, so as to prevent the cylinder body from being misplaced and the fixing screws from loosening during the production process.
4.4 PTFE fiber seal ring is adopted to improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of seals, and has strong universality.
4.5 Servo motor drive and ball screw drive ensure stable piston movement and high stroke accuracy, thus achieving accurate filling.
4.6. U-shaped box design without dead angle design, can facilitate customers in more varieties, easy to clean, meet GMP requirements.
4.7. The feeding pipe adopts food-grade hose, which meets the food hygiene requirements. Filling valve adopts self-designed valve to ensure filling without leakage.
4.8. Equipped with air source processor to ensure the stability and reliability of equipment operation
4.9. Easy adjustment: no need to adjust too much mechanical position when changing bottle type production, storage after adjusting parameters in production, one-click call of parameters when switching corresponding product production, automatic generation of filling capacity, filling nozzle and filling speed parameters.
