1.Introduction

4.1 High speed: capacity of 10,000 bottles/hour, one line can replace the original 2 or more production lines.

4.2 Small space occupation rate: for the same capacity, the space occupation rate used can be reduced by 50% and the efficiency can be improved by 50%

4.3 The machine adopts automatic following submerged filling mechanism, the product is filled during the moving process, which greatly reduces the stopping time of the whole filling process, and the filling head automatically reaches into the bottle for filling, no material overflow.
4.4 Dataization: The whole line running status and data are presented in real time, which is clear at a glance, and the production data are dynamically displayed in real time, which is convenient for production management. The equipment is equipped with three-color light band, green running, blue standby, red shutdown alarm.

4.7 High qualified rate of capping: the capping head adopts magnetic torque control design, the looseness and tightness of capping (capping torque) is adjustable and controllable, realizing that the torque of capping each bottle cap is the same size and the torque is stable. 4.8 Equipped with online cap without aluminum foil detection device, no aluminum foil cap automatic detection and rejection, to ensure the qualified rate of finished products. (This function is optional)
4.9 The bottle feeding place is equipped with a switch for detecting inverted and jammed bottles, when there is an inverted or jammed bottle, the equipment will stop automatically to avoid damaging the twist or star wheel.

4.10 There are liquid collection tanks around the rack, which is convenient to collect and unify the sewage, and there is a dustproof cover on the top to meet the sanitary filling requirements.

4.11 Into and out of the bottle star wheel disk is equipped with overload protection, to protect the safety of equipment operation.
