1.Introduction

DXD-180DJ fully automatic horizontal bagging machine includes motor film release, bag forming, bag bottom sealing, vertical sealing, servo bag pulling, shearing, bag opening inspection, bag opening and filling, bag transfer, and bag dust removal. Mechanisms such as bag top sealing use the motor to drive each cam on the main shaft to complete the coordinated actions of each mechanism, and the encoder on the main shaft feedbacks the position signal. Under the programmable control of the PLC, the film roll → bag forming → bag making → The functions include bag opening and inspection→filling→bag dust removal→sealing→finished product transportation, and finally manual boxing or cartoning.

The main machine adopts standard stripe sealing. By replacing the filling machine, the machine can automatically fill various materials such as powder, granules, suspending agents, emulsifiable concentrates, and aqueous agents. The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which has good anti-corrosion effect on highly corrosive materials. The tempered glass outer cover prevents dust from leaking and is more environmentally friendly and pollution-free.
