Ideal for automatic filling of corrosive liquids with good fluidity. External frame, material box, feed pipes, conveying frame, filling heads, liquid level detection components, valves, and knife retaining seats are constructed from anti-corrosion PP material.
Liquid accumulation tank, cylinder block knife, actuator transition parts, filling head lifting components, photoelectric brackets, threading pipes, and exhaust pipes feature spray Teflon treatment for exceptional corrosion resistance.
Features toughened glass door covers that seal the machine body. The exhaust system above filling heads can connect to factory induced air systems to safely discharge waste gases generated during filling processes.
Reduces foam in foaming materials and prevents bottle mouth contamination caused by material overflow.
Integrated electrical control system ensures stable, reliable, safe, and energy-efficient operation with low power consumption.
