FX-4AS Automatic Rotary Capping Machine

1.Introduction

This machine integrates the barrel inlet, cap management, capping and barrel outlet, adopts the grasping cap positioning capping, and the whole machine is of rotary structure. In the process of capping, there is no injury to the barrel, no injury to the cap phenomenon, high capping efficiency, high pass rate, smooth operation, wide range of use, and can be comparable with similar foreign products.

The machine is suitable for all kinds of glass or plastic drums of various specifications of automatic screwing of the outer cap, using the cap grabber to grab the cap conveyed by the scraping plate, in the process of drum rotation to complete the screwing of the outer cap. The whole machine adopts PLC control, touch human-machine interface, convenient and intuitive operation.

5.Working Process

①Cap management (turntable type cap management, the positive cap into the drop cap

groove, the negative cap kicked back to the cap management device)

② feeding barrels (using a screw to separate barrels into barrels)

③ Feed the cap (the cap on the cap conveyor will be scraped into the cap grabbing track by the cap scraping disk)

④ Grasp the cap (grasp the cap on the rail by the grasping tool, ready for capping)

⑤ Capping (start capping, star wheel disk positioning)

⑥ Bucket discharge (end of screwing, the bucket is discharged from the equipment by the bucket discharging star wheel disk)

①capping machine is equipped with inverted bottle, stuck bottle detection switch, when there is an inverted barrel or stuck barrel equipment automatic shutdown, so as to avoid damage to the twist or star wheel. 

②All drives are equipped with clutch limit protection switch, in and out of the bottle star wheel jam bucket or spindle torque overload automatic clutch and shutdown alarm, to protect the equipment from damage and improve service life. Other similar capping machines on the market do not have this function.

7.5 Humanized design: reference to the world's top capping machine manufacturers AROL (Krones capping special supporting business) design structure, supporting the automatic motor lift (touch screen or pointing buttons) + semi-automatic handle lifting and adjusting mode, adjusting the specifications conveniently and quickly. Currently on the market similar capping machine either can only be manually adjusted, no automatic lifting function or the use of triangular belt drive, not power can not be manually lifted, the adjustment is more cumbersome.

7.6 Nitrogen filling function can be added before the cap is screwed, and the reserved pipeline can be connected with the customer's nitrogen source. (This function is optional.)
