1. Introduction
TOUER-10A-G Dust Collector is a high efficiency purification and dust removal equipment developed for packaging machine. The machine has the advantages of stable technical performance, high fan pressure, beautiful appearance, flexible use, simple dust removal, small occupation area, wide application range and high dust removal efficiency (99.99%). It has an ideal effect on collecting fine and dry non-fiber dust. Especially suitable for all kinds of powder & granule packaging machine, tablet pressing and other dust gas purification.
The dust collector set dust cleaning system, fan, filter, muffler and electronic control device in one, users only need to use a hose to connect to the packaging machine dust removal mouth, plug in the power can be used.
After purification, the air can be directly discharged into the room for circulation, without ventilation heat loss.
2. Working Principle
When the dust comes into the body, big particles can drop into the drawer by its gravity, fine particles will absorb on the filter by the fan, and clean air can be discharged by the filter and use in the room. With the continuous work of the filter, the dust increase on the filter. For the normal operation of the system, the resistant of the duster should keep in 1.2KPA, So high frequency is used in the dust cleaning.
