1. Introduction
This machine integrates bottle feeding, inner plug pressing, outer cap screwing, and bottle output, mainly including positioning of the stopper knife, servo control of the lifting and lowering of the capping head, and capping.
There is no damage to the bottle cap during the capping process, the capping efficiency is high, and it is equipped with an automatic shutdown function when the bottle is blocked.The whole machine adopts advanced control technology, the organic combination of touch screen, PLC and capping motor, fast product upgrade and adjustment, only need to input parameters such as capping time and host speed on the touch screen to respond quickly, and large The production efficiency is improved, and the man-machine combination is more friendly.

4. Advantages
4.1. The pressing lift is a servo motor, and the specification switching only needs to select the corresponding parameters on the touch screen.
The capping claw is designed with a suction cup, which can firmly suck the inner plug. When the capping is performed, the suction cup is placed on the cover, and then the surrounding metal part is used to cover the inner plug without causing damage to the inner plug.
4.2. The capping is capped by a manipulator, and the capping head is equipped with a servo constant torque system to ensure the capping accuracy and avoid damage to the cap.
The torque setting only needs to set the desired torque on the touch screen, and the servo motor will automatically adjust according to the input parameters. The lifting part of the capping head is also controlled by a servo motor, which is fast in action and accurate in positioning. When the capping is lowered, the drum or cap will not be damaged due to positioning errors, which will affect production.
