GX-16-12TS High Speed Follow Type Integrated Filling Capping Machine
1. Introduction
GX-16-12TS High Speed Follow Type Integrated Filling Capping Machine uses SUS304 frame with excellent corrosion resistance. Filling part is following type, driven by servo motor and volume metering filling principle, which realizes high precision of filling dosage. It adopts PLC control and HMI operating panel. The performance has reached the highest level of similar models at home and abroad.
The critical parts of mechanical transmission has protection switch, if there is any abnormal situation during running, the machine will automatically stop and alarm, to protect the equipment from damage and improve the service life.

3. Advanced Features
3.1. High Speed: hourly speed 10000 bottles, one filling line can replace more than 2 filling lines.
3.2. Small Space Occupation: for the same capacity, the space occupation rate can be reduced by 50%, the efficiency can be improved by 50%.
3.3. The machine has auto following type diving filling mechanism, the product can be filled during conveying, this will greatly reduced the stop time during filling process. Filling heads go deep inside the bottles, there will be no leakage.
3.4. Quick Changeover design without using any tools when doing changeovers. Molds are marked according to different bottle, this will make the changeover easier and shorten the changeover time.
3.5. High Precision: 100ml pistons make sure the filling precision of small volume.
3.6. High Qualification Rate: The capping heads use the magnetic torque control design. Capping tightness (capping torque) can be adjusted and controlled. This will make sure the same, stable torque and 100% qualification rate. Meanwhile, there is no consumable parts like the friction disk to reduce the cost.
3.7. It has online non aluminum foil inspection, the caps without aluminum foil will be rejected automatically, this will make sure the high qualification rate.
3.8. It has inspection device to the falling down and jammed bottles at the bottle feeding side. The machine will automatically stop if there is any falling down or jam, to protect the bottle feeding screw and star-wheel.
3.9. Liquid tray is installed on the machine to collect the drips, dustproof cover on the top meets the requirements of sanitary filling.
3.10. Overload protection is installed on the star-wheel in and out to protect the safe operation of the equipment.
3.11. Door Limit Protection: Safety door limit alarm device is installed on the machine, when opening the doors during normal operation, the machine will alarm and stop. (Optional function)
3.12. The control system uses France Schneider, the integrated control system is more stable, safe, green and low energy consumption.
