The feed slider is driven by constant pressure air, ensuring high production efficiency and good finish on cutting edges.
Auxiliary work: pneumatic feeding device can realize fast forward and fast rewind of the grinding wheel, and can save 70% auxiliary operation time.
Wheel Oscillation: The grinding wheel oscillation is controlledby PLC program and move very smoothly. The swing range is between 0 to 30 mm (The max. swing range can be added to 150 mm according to the customer's requirement.).The grinding wheel is with uniform consumption and timely self-sharpening, to ensure the grinding precision and roughness.
OnlineCCDMeasurement:using the optical microscope and CCD camera, the magnification is25~80 times.Thebase line for comparison keeps unchanged after calibration.It ensures the measurement accuracyandmakesthe machine to measure the arc of tool nose accurately.
DeclinationLock: The grinding spindle declines along the circular guide smoothly and radial lock can be made,greatly enhancing the rigidity of the equipment.After declination, the center line of the grinding wheel keeps the sameheightdue to special mechanical design,so coarseand fine grindingcan be madewithout declination adjustment.
II. Technical Breakthrough
Novertical axis: vertical shaft liftingis not necessary because ofheight adjustingfixture on the workbench,greatly enhances the stability and rigid of the equipment.
Stable feed: in order to avoid periodic impact, the machine to be equipped with"flexible feed" of air pressure device, effectively improve the roughness of the tool edge.
