BT-150HS PCD end mill tool grinding machine is economically manufactured

tools.I. Machine tool characteristics of PCD end mill tool grinding machine:

1. Mechanical structure of the machine tool: the machine tool bed body (base)

adopts high-quality integral casting, and the main components weight of 1.6

tons, which can meet the requirements of any super hard material grinding.

2. Electric spindle of machine: grinding head adopts high-precision frequency

conversion and speed regulating electric spindle, adopts circulating water

cooling, grinding head spindle rotation accuracy: end jump: 0.002 mm; radial

beat: 0.003 mm.

3. Pneumatic feed mechanism: the machine tool adopts the "constant pressure

grinding" technology, that is, in the tool grinding process, the tool always bears

a constant air pressure, so that the grinding process is balanced and stable,

and the overall grinding efficiency is high.

4. Auxiliary work: the tool approaches the grinding wheel, and the tool returns

to the loading position after grinding. These two actions are fast forward and

fast retreat through the pneumatic feed device, which can save the auxiliary

time up to 70%.

5. Grinding head reciprocating servo swing: the servo motor realizes the

reciprocating swing of the grinding wheel, and the range is randomly adjusted

between 0 and 30 mm, so that the grinding wheel is evenly consumed, timely

self-sharp, to ensure the grinding precision and roughness.

6. Online CCD measurement: using optical microscope and CCD camera

amplification technology, magnification between 25~80, used for alignment

7. Radial axial locking of grinding wheel: the radial locking technology of

grinding wheel elevation (which determines the rear corner of the tool) does

8. Grinding head lifting adjustment shaft: the grinding point vertical lifting

device developed for non-standard tools (such as V-cut tool, dense tooth
