SAE 100 R8 Thermoplastic Hydraulic Hose:
SAE 100 R8 thermoplastic hydraulic hose is suitable for delivering synthetic, petroleum or water-based hydraulic fluids and it is mainly used in high pressure working conditions. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from high quality hydraulic fluids resistant thermoplastic, making the hose widely used for the delivery of hydraulic fluids. The reinforcement is made from suitable synthetic fiber. The cover is made from weather and hydraulic fluids resistant thermoplastic, making the hose have longer service life.
SAE 100 R8 hose shall consist of a thermoplastic(such as nylon, polyurethane, or polyester) inner tube resistant to hydraulic fluids with suitable synthetic fiber reinforcement, and a hydraulic fluid and weather resistant thermoplastic cover.
CONSTRUCTION:
This hose shall consist of a thermoplastic inner tube, and a layer of synthetic fiber reinforcement, and a hydraulic fluid and weather resistant thermoplastic cover.
APPLICATIONS:
This section covers hose for use with petroleum base hydraulic fluids within a temperature range of -40℃～ +93℃.
Medium pressure hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Meets or exceeds SAE 100R7 requirements. For pneumatic or gaseous systems, use perforated (pin-pricked) hose.
