Each product is processed via multiple precise manufacturing procedures: integral quenching & tempering heat treatment, carburizing quenching hardening, precision finishing turning, precise thread grinding, accuracy matching & calibration and stress relief treatment. These steps effectively eliminate internal processing stress and prevent common defects arising from long-term reciprocating movement, such as thread stripping, abrasion, loosening, jamming and positioning deviation.
The regular thread profiles ensure uniform fitting clearance and tight meshing without slackness. The transmission runs smoothly without lag, delivering high positioning accuracy and tiny repeat positioning error, sustaining stable precision transmission performance over long-term operation.
Our full product range covers trapezoidal screw nuts, ball screw nuts, precision fine-tuning screw nuts, lifting screw nuts and left-right hand screw nuts. Compatible with various working conditions including low-speed heavy load, high-speed precision transmission, high-frequency reciprocation and lifting & pushing, they are wear-resistant, robust, anti-thread-stripping, high load-bearing, low-noise and long-lasting in service.
Customization is available according to customers’ equipment parameters and mounting requirements, including non-standard diameter, lead, thread pitch, length, thread profile, mounting holes, flange structure and left-right hand threads. We accept custom processing based on customer drawings and samples.
