Our full series of trapezoidal lead screws are forged and processed from high-strength raw materials including premium 45# carbon steel, 40Cr alloy steel and 20CrMnTi carburizing alloy steel. The materials feature even density and sufficient toughness, delivering excellent resistance to impact, bending and compression.
Adopting a full set of precision production processes, each product undergoes elaborate multi-step manufacturing: integral quenching & tempering stress-relief heat treatment, carburizing quenching hardening, precision finishing turning, high-precision grinding of trapezoidal threads, accurate straightening and multi-layer anti-rust treatment. These procedures fully eliminate internal material stress and fundamentally avoid common failures under long-term heavy-load operation, such as bending deformation, thread abrasion, positioning deviation, jamming and loosening.
Designed with exclusive thickened trapezoidal thread profiles, the full and robust teeth provide a large contact area under force. They fit tightly with nuts and maintain uniform transmission clearance, plus built-in powerful self-locking capability. Equipment will not slide down after shutdown with zero positioning offset, delivering smooth, low-vibration and low-noise operation throughout the whole process.
We offer a complete product range, including standard trapezoidal lead screws, extended-length trapezoidal lead screws, left-right hand trapezoidal lead screws, fine-tuning trapezoidal lead screws and heavy-load lifting trapezoidal lead screws.
