Description
This engineered enzyme blend integrates specific ratios of esterases, dispersants, stabilizers, and penetrants to target stickies control in secondary fiber paper production. By catalyzing the hydrolysis of ester-based deposits, it effectively reduces viscosity and polymerization tendencies, thereby mitigating production disruptions. The formulation further enhances sticky removal through synergistic interactions with complementary additives.
Mechanism of action
The structural integrity of most sticky contaminants relies heavily on high concentrations of ester bonds, which form primary structural connections within these deposits. Esterase enzymes selectively hydrolyze these bonds, resulting in reduced viscosity and inhibited recombination of the fragmented components. Consequently, this process simultaneously accomplishes three critical functions: breaking down existing deposits, preventing agglomeration, and minimizing redeposition in the system.
