Antibak Rock-8 is a cold-water-soluble supreme highly effective solid anti-backstaining agent for denim washing. The rock or plate-shaped product is the raw material of polymer-type anti-backstaining agent, which can be easily diluted even with room temperature water into white milky ready-to-use liquid anti-backstaining agent used in the laundry. The product is designed to block Indigo dyes re-deposition on polyester and cotton fiber, thus giving stone or enzyme washed denim clean surface and high contrast.

How to dilute the product
For example, if you want to prepare a 20% ready-to-use liquid anti-backstaining product, you can add 25kg Antibak Rock-8 into 100kg room temperature water and slowly stir until it becomes a completely dissolved and homogeneous white milky solution.
Applications
Normally, Antibak Rock-8 is recommended to be diluted into liquid version first by formulator or factory end-user prior to use in the laundry. Regarding the dosage of the product, taking a 20% solution of Antibak Rock-8 as an example, in general 600gram to 1000 gram the 20% liquid version could achieve good anti-backstaing effect. Or if talking about the solid raw material directly, Antibak Rock-8 is recommended to be used at 0.2%- 0.5% o.w.f. denim.
Packaging
Standard packaging is 25kg kraft paper bag.
Storage
Store in a cool and dry place, room temperature will be fine. Avoid long time exposure in the hot, humid or cold environment. Avoid direct sunlight. Keep the bag sealed tight when not in use.
