This extruded heatsink aluminum enclosure is integrally extruded from 6063 aluminum billet, forming a hollow aluminum profile pre-equipped with vertical parallel heat dissipation fins for passive thermal cooling. Our complete in-house manufacturing workflow covers high-temperature extrusion forming, precision CNC saw cutting to custom lengths, CNC milling for side long slot holes, edge chamfering, internal PCB positioning slots and cable outlet cutouts. After full deburring and ultrasonic degreasing to clear machining burrs and oil residue, we perform fine matte sandblasting followed by natural gray hard anodized surface treatment.
