This rectangular aluminum control box is extruded from premium 6063 aluminum alloy as hollow aluminum tube blank, then processed via full CNC machining to meet electronic equipment assembly demands. Our factory completes the whole production workflow: profile extrusion, fixed-length saw cutting, CNC milling for end screw holes, internal mounting card slots and pre-reserved cutouts, full deburring, ultrasonic degreasing cleaning, matte sandblasting, and hard black anodized surface finishing. All dimensional tolerances are strictly controlled within ±0.02mm after CNC precision machining. We provide full OEM & custom service to adjust exterior size, internal slot structure, hole layout and surface treatment according to clients’ drawings or samples, delivering standardized aluminum instrument cases, circuit board housings and power supply enclosures for global industrial electronics buyers.
