Manufacturing starts with seamless 6063 aluminum round tube extrusion, followed by fixed-length saw cutting. Multi-process CNC machining includes turning for flat end trimming and inner/outer wall fine finishing, plus milling for side key slot, internal positioning buckles and external vertical heat dissipation ribs. After full deburring and ultrasonic oil residue cleaning, uniform fine matte sandblasting is applied, then hard rose red anodizing for scratch resistance and premium metallic texture.
