Product Description

This foldable phone stand aluminum housing is a fully custom CNC machined electronic enclosure manufactured by our factory for magnetic wireless charging phone holders. The whole unit is one-piece machined from solid 6061-T6 aluminum billet with full 5-axis CNC milling and precision shaft turning for the foldable rotating hinge.

Integrated structural features include internal positioning posts, dedicated circular magnetic sink groove for wireless charging modules, reserved cutouts for buttons and charging ports, and dual hinge cylinders for smooth 180° folding rotation. After full deburring and ultrasonic degreasing cleaning, the housing undergoes hard orange matte anodization for scratch resistance and premium texture.
