This precision CNC turning brass fitting is custom manufactured from H59 brass material as brass threaded coupling with flat surface, also named brass male thread reducing adapter and cnc turning brass threaded stud.
All structural features including through inner bore, full external male thread and flat hexagonal flange step are one-step CNC turning molded without secondary complex milling. After core lathe processing, we conduct full deburring to remove sharp edges, ultrasonic cleaning to wipe off cutting oil, and 100% dimensional inspection before delivery.
