Produced by fully automatic CNC spring coiling machines, this carbon steel nickel plated torsion spring integrates two symmetrical torsion coils with long torsion arms and a middle connecting bridge, delivering balanced bidirectional clamping force for LED lighting fixtures.
As a reliable OEM manufacturer, we support full custom service to adjust wire diameter, coil turns, arm length and torsion force according to client drawings or samples. Each batch undergoes heat treatment, deburring polishing and semi-bright nickel electroplating to achieve smooth anti-rust surface and outstanding repeated opening & closing fatigue resistance. All finished double torsion springs pass torsion sorting inspection to eliminate deformed parts and guarantee uniform elasticity for mass lighting assembly.
