This double flange positioning axle, also named flanged locating pin, internal thread guide shaft and stainless steel dowel pin, is a high-precision swiss turned stepped pin manufactured by our Swiss CNC turning workshop. Raw material is precision 304 stainless steel round bar loaded into automatic feeder. The whole component is fully shaped in a single clamping with guide bushing on 20-type Swiss lathe: outer diameter turning, dual flange shoulder forming, smooth central guide rod machining, plus internal thread tapping on main/sub spindle without re-clamping. After back spindle cutoff, all workpieces go through ultrasonic full deburring and sand polishing to eliminate tool marks, then stainless steel passivation and cleaning for long-term anti-corrosion performance.
