This Dual Coil Contact Spring, also known as dual disc battery conductive spring, is a specially shaped wire forming spring designed for electronic power conduction. It features dual spiral coil contacts connected with integrated Z-type bent bracket, finished in one single CNC forming process. Fabricated from 304 stainless steel wire, the spring undergoes electrolytic polishing to achieve smooth surface, reduce contact resistance and enhance stable electrical conductivity.
