The HA10V(S)0/5X series swash-plate axial piston pump achieves stepless displacement adjustment via swash plate angle control:
1.Suction Phase: The drive shaft rotates the cylinder block, while retraction springs extend the pistons to draw fluid into the cylinder bores.
2.Discharge Phase: The swash plate forces pistons back into the bores, compressing fluid for high-pressure delivery.
3.Variable Control: A servo piston adjusts the swash plate angle:
Increased inclination → Longer piston stroke → Higher displacement/flow
Decreased inclination → Flow reduces to zero (standby mode).
