Technical requirement
-Inject 46#hydraulic oil and confirm with the oil level gauge after installing the motor;
-Do not have a strong impact on the output shaft of the motor when transporting hydraulic motors;
-To ensure the reliability of motor function, hydraulic oil must have a minimum cleanliness level of 20/18/15 according to ISO 4406.At very high hydraulic oil temperatures(90°C to a maximum of 115 °C),itshould have a minimum cleanliness level of19/17/ 14 according to ISO 4406.
-The testing program of assembly products:
1)Sealing test:conduct a gas tightness test aftersealing,and the test time should exceed 3 minutes at 0.4Mpa atmospheric pressure;
2)Operation:The overall deviation of the small gear should be within 0.5mm.
