What factors will effect the price for EVA foam floor mat ?
The EVA foam floor mats are perfect for exercise areas ,workshops ,kindergarten ,kids play areas .It has the function of shock-absorbing ,protecting floors fatigue ,anti-slipping .Is it expensive ?What factors effect the price ?
Size : Normally it will come with two type of size ,one is 60cm *60cm ,another one is 100cm*100cm ;Different size will have different cost on the foam .
Thickness : For kids play area,Normally it use 2cm thickness for mat which is good enough to protect people slipping when they playing .Some it will use 1cm thickness of mat instead ,and then put a layer of PVC floor mat on it .For others ,like gym ,sports center ,The floor mats will be more thicker than the play areas .
Density : The density for foam different will have much cost difference .Kids play area will use medium or high density mat on the floor .However ,Most situation it’s suggested to use medium density mat which enough to have good play experience .
Fire resistance : Some of park will require all the material to use anti-fire material ,The EVA floor mat can add anti-fire liquid for mat .The craftsmanship will be more complex ,the cost will be higher than the normal one .
