3) Coating Process: During powder coating curing, the air velocity should be kept ≤0.5 m/s to prevent dust dispersion.

1) Temperature Control: Typical operating range is 0-200°C, with segmented settings (e.g., a low-temperature zone followed by a constant-temperature zone) to adapt to different process requirements.
2) Conveying System: Uses variable frequency speed control, with a speed range typically of 0.2~3 meters/minute, supporting continuous production.

3﹑Operating Precautions
1) Preheating Stage: Before starting, the oven needs to be preheated without load to the target temperature ±5°C, which takes approximately 15-30 minutes (depending on the size of the oven).
2) Load Testing: For the first batch of materials, it is recommended to run at 50% speed to observe temperature drift and adjust PID parameters.
3) Emergency Shutdown: In case of a sudden power outage, immediately turn off the power switch to prevent automatic restart after power restoration, which could cause accidents.
