Product Description

Description of Checker Brick Checker brick is a heat transfer medium with good volume stability, excellent high temperature load creep performance, high density and low apparent porosity. It is suitable for hot blast furnaces of blast furnaces and flame furnaces. When the hot blast temperature is lower than 900℃, refractory clay bricks are generally used. When the wind temperature is higher than 900℃, high-alumina refractory bricks, mullite bricks, sillimanite bricks, siliceous refractory bricks, etc. are used. Checker brick is a heat transfer medium, mainly used in the middle and upper part of the hot blast furnace regenerator, for heat storage during the combustion period. Checker brick plays an extremely important role in the process of the hot blast furnace heating cold air to hot air through convection heat transfer and radiation heat transfer. Checker brick is a heat carrier, which is widely used in the ironmaking industry. It has excellent thermal properties such as strong heat exchange capacity, large heat storage area, smooth ventilation and low resistance.
