Q1: What is your warranty policy?
A1: We offer a comprehensive spare parts support policy. For full container orders, we provide a set of free vulnerable spare parts included in the shipment to ensure your after-sales maintenance.
Q2: What are your payment terms?
A2: We accept T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram, and L/C. For T/T payments, our standard term is 30% deposit upon signing the contract, with the remaining 70% balance paid before shipment.
Q4: What are your trade terms?
A4: For full container orders, we operate on FOB Guangzhou or Shenzhen. For LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments, pricing is 10% higher based on EXW (Ex-Works) terms, or we can arrange delivery to your designated warehouse in Guangzhou.
