Can a gas oven be placed in a sealed cabinet?
The built-in oven itself is installed inside the cabinet, but the cabinet must reserve ventilation holes to ensure air circulation and prevent gas leakage and accumulation. It is strictly prohibited to use non-built-in gas ovens in a sealed cabinet, as it may lead to incomplete combustion and the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.
What should I do if I smell gas when using it?
Immediately turn off the fire and the main gas valve
Open windows for ventilation. Do not switch on or off any electrical appliances (including lights and exhaust fans) to prevent electric sparks from igniting gas
Do not linger indoors. Go to a safe outdoor area to contact the gas company or after-sales service for maintenance. Do not attempt to repair it yourself
