Critical Product Notice
This listing only supplies one complete structural grille support frame. Outer decorative grille mesh, grille surround trim, Mercedes star emblem, headlight units, fixing fasteners and front bumper fascia are not included.
Ideal replacement for original support frames with broken lugs, cracked structure, loose mounting points or collision deformation; without intact support frame, the front grille will sag and produce abnormal gaps.
1:1 moulded strictly per OEM pre-facelift front body structural contour, all grille buckle slots, headlight mounting bosses and body fixing lugs fully consistent with factory standards. Direct bolt-on installation without cutting, welding or grinding modification.
Constructed of high-rigidity reinforced automotive PP plastic, anti-crack under long-term vibration and high engine temperature, anti-UV aging for commercial delivery vehicles.
Fitment Limitation
Only compatible with Sprinter W906 manufactured 2006–2013 pre-facelift flat bumper version. Not fit 14-18 facelift W906, W901-W904, W907/W910 or VW Crafter. Support frame, grille mesh and grille surround are sold separately, bulk wholesale orders supported. Every support frame undergoes structural rigidity and hole position inspection before shipment.
