Platinum vulcanizing agent is a high-performance and eco-friendly crosslinking agent widely used in silicone rubber, medical catheters, high-temperature wires/cables, and more. With platinum compounds as its core component, it enables rapid vulcanization under mild conditions, endowing products with exceptional heat resistance, aging stability, and mechanical strength. Compared to traditional peroxide systems, it produces no byproducts or odors, ensures safer processing, and is ideal for applications demanding high transparency or purity.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATION:
1,Good for both compression molding and extrusion forming.
2,Good for both food grade and medical grade products.
Application
Baby nipples, cake mold, silicone cookwares, extrusion gaskets ,ice mold, table matt, medical silicone tube and so on.
ATTENTION:
The raw material is easy poisoning once contact with nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur and heavy metal materials.
C-100A and C-100B can not be added at the same time. First add C-100B into raw silicone and mixing evenly, then add C-100A into raw silicone. The addition order is important.
The temperature of mixing machine which used for mixing silicone with platinum curing agent can not be higher than 45℃. Please add this agent after being cold.
The mixed raw materials should be used up within two days
.Please choose the suitable raw materials for hot air vulcanization,unmatched raw material will cause bubbles in the process.
