KL-108 Modified Hot Melt Adhesive
KL-108 is a high-performance water-based polyurethane adhesive for thermal lamination. Works perfectly with PET, PVC, PEI films. Activated at 120–130°C, high bond strength, eco-friendly. Easy processing, long storage life, widely used in film coating and bonding.

●High transparency (Does not affect the light transmittance of the substrate, over 93%)
●Resistant to boiling water(Boil at 80 degrees for 2 hours, then boil at 100 degrees for 1 hour)
●High temperature resistance (150 degrees for 30 minutes / 260 degrees for 1 minute)
●Ageing resistant,(double 85 test for 1000 hours)
●No primer adhesion:(Can be rolled up after coating and drying

●Excellent powder carrier: can be added with over 70% of flame-retardant powder, magnetic powder, heat-conducting powder, etc.,
