Product 601 is a one‑part, high‑strength instant adhesive. It bonds effectively to metals, silicone rubber, and a wide range of plastics including ABS, PC, and TPU. When used with primer K770‑3, it is ideal for silicone keypads and P+R assemblies. The adhesive is simple to apply, delivers robust joint strength, and sets rapidly upon compression.

Application
Apply to soft silicone rubber, ABS resin, metal, plastic and so on.
1.Cleaning both silicone and metal surface with degreasing, abrasive blasting or sanding. 2.Gluing adhesive on the silicone rubber surface which has been activated by primer (K770-3). 3.Curing for 3-5minutes.
1. Under rainy or high-humidity conditions, allow for extended drying periods following the application of both the treatment agent and the adhesive. 2. To significantly mitigate the risk of surface whitening, ensure the bonded product is stored in a well-ventilated area. 3. Given the rapid setting time, the product is designed to prevent unintentional adhesion to skin or clothing; nonetheless, maintain adequate ventilation during the operation. 4. Strictly prevent dermal contact and ocular ingress. Should an accident occur, immediately irrigate the affected area with copious amounts of water and seek prompt medical attention. 5. In the event of an adhesive spill, utilize T02 Detackifier for effective cleanup.
