The primary function of silicone primer is to provide adhesion between unvulcanised silicone rubber (addition-type and peroxide-system) and substrates including metal, PA, and PET (Polyethylene terephthalate).

1. Chemical treatment of the substrate with solvent, Cleare oil and dust . 2. Mix completely the A and B with ratio 1:1 and apply the primer by dipping, brushing, spraying or silk screen printing method.
3. Baking at 90-135℃ for 15-20mintes. 4. The primer treated substrates are processed within that day.
5. Foward the unvulcanized silicone rubber with primer-coated substrates in mouding process or hot air vulcanization.
Store this product in a dry, shaded place away from heat and flames. Always put the cap back on after use to prevent evaporation – for extended storage, keep the used primer in a separate container. Because the solvent is harmful, work only in ventilated, fire-safe areas and avoid prolonged inhalation or skin contact. Finally, before mold curing, perform a compatibility test between the silicone primer and your substrates; the primer will not cure properly if it comes into contact with organic compounds (N, P, S) or ionic metals like Sn, Pb, Hg, Sb, Bi.
