Condition 1: RT bonding for silicone rubber and silicone rubber 1. Clean all bonding surfaces 2. Even glue spread, thickness no more than 5mm 3. Compress for minimum 120 minutes; total curing time 24 hours at 25°C Condition 2: RT bonding between silicone rubber and metal material 1. Decontaminate surfaces via absolute ethyl alcohol 2. Lightly brush CL-24S-4 once on cleaned parts 3. Cure 30 mins at room temperature or 5-15 mins at 90 degrees Celsius 4. Apply KN-300 glue, sustain pressure over 120 mins; full cure in 24h at 25°C Condition 3: RT bonding of silicone rubber and plastic parts 1. Surface cleaning with pure ethanol 2. One thin brushing of CL-24J activator on treated surfaces 3. 30-minute natural curing at room temperature
