Product Specification
KL-25 Liquid Hot Melt Lamination Adhesive
Engineered for heat lamination, KL-25 hot melt adhesive activates at 160°C in just 5–10 seconds of pressing. This makes it ideal for high-speed production lines bonding TPU or PU to coated or uncoated fabrics. The adhesive is supplied as a clear, viscous liquid (70,000–120,000 cps, 32% solids). Apply by roller coating directly onto substrates such as polyester or nylon. After bonding, a 24-hour maturation at 40–50°C allows full crystallization, delivering excellent wash and dry cleaning resistance. For projects requiring superior thermal stability, add KL-003. Store in airtight containers in cool, ventilated areas.

Features
|
●High transparency (Does not affect the light transmittance of the substrate, over 93%)
●Resistant to boiling water(Boil at 80 degrees for 2 hours, then boil at 100 degrees for 1 hour)
●High temperature resistance (150 degrees for 30 minutes / 260 degrees for 1 minute)
●Ageing resistant,(double 85 test for 1000 hours)
●No primer adhesion:(Can be rolled up after coating and drying
●Soft: Can be bent at will)
●Excellent powder carrier: can be added with over 70% of flame-retardant powder, magnetic powder, heat-conducting powder, etc.,

1. Roller coating allows for adjustment of the coating thickness according to actual needs.
2. This product is activated and bonded by hot pressing at 160℃ for 5-10 seconds. It needs to be aged
at 40-50℃ for 24 hours. After complete crystallization, it can withstand water washing and dry cleaning.
For projects requiring high temperature resistance, KL-003 can be used in combination.
