Product Specification
KL-25 Liquid Hot Melt Lamination Adhesive
KL-25 modified hot melt glue remains softness after curing. Unlike rigid adhesives, it maintains a flexible bond, making it perfect for apparel where fabric drape matters. The product is a clear, thick liquid (viscosity 70,000–120,000 cps, solid content 32±3%). It can be directly applied onto nylon or polyester fabric via roller coating, showing good room-temperature tack. Heat press at 160°C for 5–10 seconds to bond TPU, PU, or other materials. Post-lamination, cure at 40–50°C for 24 hours to achieve full crystallinity. The result is a soft yet strong bond that survives repeated washing and dry cleaning.

●Resistant to boiling water(Boil at 80 degrees for 2 hours, then boil at 100 degrees for 1 hour)
●High temperature resistance (150 degrees for 30 minutes / 260 degrees for 1 minute)

1. Roller coating allows for adjustment of the coating thickness according to actual needs.
2. This product is activated and bonded by hot pressing at 160℃ for 5-10 seconds. It needs to be aged
at 40-50℃ for 24 hours. After complete crystallization, it can withstand water washing and dry cleaning.
For projects requiring high temperature resistance, KL-003 can be used in combination.
