KLB the Anti-yellow and Low-smelling Vulcanizing Agent

Product Description

For compression moulding of HTV silicone rubber, C-15 functions as the curing agent. The cured silicone possesses three key traits: non-toxicity, good anti-yellowing capability, and no bad smell. High-temperature curing at 170–175°C is necessary for the raw silicone.

Processing:
Maintain a curing temperature of 175°C. Use 0.8–1.2% C-15 based on the silicone rubber compound. The agent must be added gradually in many small doses. Ignoring this can result in material burning from fewer static sparks and roller‑generated excess heat. A foam extinguisher should be used to combat any fire.
