Step 1: Check and Prep Filters
Unsnap the heavy-duty metal side latches and lift off the upper housing lid. Double-check that all 3 filter layers (Pre-filter, HEPA, Carbon) are placed in order and aligned inside the machine cabinet. Re-secure the latches tightly.
Step 2: Assemble the ∅75mm Extraction Arm
Align the mounting flange at the base of the 1.3-meter flexible arm with the air intake port on top of the machine cover. Insert firmly and tighten the mounting hardware to secure an airtight seal.
Step 3: Position the 12-inch Acrylic Hood
Roll the extractor to your welding bay via its heavy-duty caster wheels. Bend the self-supporting flexible arm to angle the 12-inch wide acrylic hood directly above or adjacent to the weld line (ideally within 15-25cm of the spark zone).
Step 4: Plug In and Start Extraction
